A foliar contact herbicide, non-selective, based on maleic hydrazide and pelargonic acid, a substance belonging to the family of fatty acids that are naturally present in the environment.
It is effective against a wide spectrum of annual and perennial mono and dicotyledonous weeds, such as dandelion (Taraxacum officinale), plantain (Plantago major), Poa spp, Lamium sp., Stellaria media, thistle (Cirsium arvense), common knotgrass (Polygonum aviculare), mosses and algae.
The herbicidal action is particularly effective against young and actively growing weeds. It is non-selective, so during treatments, it is necessary to prevent the product from coming into contact with neighboring crops. It has no residual effect.
The herbicidal action manifests within one day.
The product is not harmful to earthworms, beneficial mites (Typhlodromus pyri), or bees.
To be used for the control of weeds, algae, and mosses in private parks and home gardens (flowerbeds, paths, borders, stone decorations, hedges, lawns, and general areas) and for weeding flowering and ornamental plants cultivated therein.
