Eurogarden s.a.s. is committed to ensuring a safe, efficient, and transparent shipping service for all its customers. This information provides you with all details regarding shipping times, costs, methods, and your responsibilities as a customer, in accordance with current regulations.
I. Shipping Details
Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the confirmation date. During peak periods, processing times may extend up to 4 business days, but we will always do our best to ship the order as quickly as possible.
Shipping times range from 24 to 48 business hours for most destinations in Italy. For islands and more remote areas, delivery times can extend up to 72 hours.

Products are carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during transit. Even for longer shipments, we strive to ensure that products arrive in perfect condition.

II. Shipping Costs
- Free shipping for orders over €70.00 (in Italy).
- For orders under €70.00, a shipping cost of €7.90 applies.
- If you choose cash on delivery, a surcharge of €5.00 is added.
All shipping costs will be clearly indicated during the checkout process, as required by Article 13 of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 65 of the Consumer Code.
III. Shipping Methods
Eurogarden s.a.s. offers various shipping options to meet your needs:
- Express shipping 24/48 hours for all deliveries within Italian territory, excluding islands.
- Express shipping 48/72 hours for Italian islands.
- Express shipping with cash on delivery: 24/48 hours, excluding islands.
Depending on the weight, volume, and nature of the product ordered, the courier used may vary (e.g., SDA, DHL, BRT, UPS). It is not possible to choose the courier, in accordance with Article 61 of the Consumer Code.
Please note:
- We cannot provide delivery to floor, nor schedule a specific delivery time.
- Couriers do not make phone calls before delivery.
IV. Failed Delivery or Return to Sender
In case of failed delivery due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address, or package refusal, shipping costs will not be refunded. Furthermore, you will be charged for the cost of returning the package to the sender, equal to the initial shipping cost.

We kindly ask you to carefully check the shipping address at the time of order to avoid delays or complications.
V. Theft and Disputed Signature
If the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, you can file a "Loss" claim within 24 hours from the delivery date. Our customer support team will assist you in the claim process.
In case of a disputed signature upon delivery, it is necessary to file a complaint for theft with the competent authorities. The complaint can be filed by either the sender or the recipient, but it is advisable for the recipient to proceed with the complaint to avoid legal liability related to false statements.

VI. International Shipments
Currently, Eurogarden s.a.s. does not deliver outside Italian territory. We are working to expand our services in the future. We invite you to stay updated through our website for any news.

This shipping information is drafted in compliance with European and Italian consumer protection legislation, in particular:
- Article 61 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005): Regulates delivery times and the seller's responsibilities in case of delay.
- Article 13 of Directive 2011/83/EU: Establishes the seller's obligations regarding the communication of shipping costs.
- Article 65 of the Consumer Code: Establishes the requirements for transparency in ancillary costs, including shipping costs.
