Soil: prefers medium-textured soils, preferably siliceous, well-drained and adequately irrigated.

Companion planting: loves the proximity of lettuces, radishes and spinach.

Storage: at a temperature of 0-1°C in environments such as cellars, it can be stored for up to 3/4 months.
